Pick one internal operations process at XenonDev, map how it actually runs today, and deliver a clean written document the team can follow.
XenonDev is a software company, and like most software companies our internal operations have grown faster than our documentation. Onboarding, code review handoff, client kickoff, release sign-off — most of it lives in someone's head or in a Slack thread from last March. We want to fix one slice of that.
Deliverable: a single operations document covering one process inside the company, written so a new hire could follow it on day one without asking questions. You'll pick the process with us during kickoff. Expect something in the range of 4 to 8 pages, with a clear owner, trigger, step-by-step flow, decision points, and the handoffs in and out.
What we're looking for is honesty about how the work actually happens, not a polished diagram of how it should happen in theory. If two of the steps are "someone DMs Abdul," write that down. We'd rather see the real shape of the process so we know where to invest.
What you'll get from us: a 30-minute kickoff call to choose the process and meet the people involved, access to two or three team members for short interviews, and any existing notes, tickets, or templates that touch the workflow. Deadline is July 2, 2026.
