XenonDev is preparing to launch a new AI product and we need a marketing strategy we can actually run with. Right now we have a product, a rough sense of who it's for, and no plan. That's where you come in.
Deliverable: a marketing strategy report (8–15 pages) plus the working notes that got you there. The report should cover who the product is for, the one or two messages we lead with, the channels we test first, and a 90-day rollout sketch. The notes should show your thinking — competitor scans, audience cuts, message options you considered and dropped.
We are not looking for a generic "AI is the future" deck. We want specific choices, with reasons. If you recommend launching on LinkedIn before TikTok, say why. If you cut a segment, say what made you cut it.
What you get: a product brief, access to our current website and any existing positioning docs, a 30-minute kickoff call with the marketing team, and one mid-project review call to pressure-test your direction. Work is covered by an NDA, which we'll send before kickoff.
